The Polar Gateway is the hardware manufactured by Polar Monitoring to push data from devices in the field to the Polar Portal.  

The Gateway communicates with these field devices via RS485. The system is compatible with a multitude of brands, sensors and applications, allowing management of all these from one online cloud platform. 

The Ethernet Gateway requires an onsite internet connection, available via Ethernet, for the Gateway to connect to the Polar Portal.
