Electron series - Standard pump panels

Irrigation and water reticulation applications require precise pump control and protection to pump water reliably and efficiently. Pump purpose drives in constant pressure systems are designed to save energy, eliminate high start-up currents, and precisely control pump speed to match pressure demand.

Conventional constant pressure systems routinely introduce many problems, such as overloads during pipe filling, unreliable sleep and wake states resulting in pump cavitation requiring intricate and cumbersome setup. Installation of a smart pump panel utilises various system variables and inputs which dynamically react to prevailing environmental conditions, ensuring a reactive dependable control system.

Front panel controls

• Three position Man/Off/Auto selector. Automatic mode maintains constant pressure
• Manual mode for speed control by analogue potentiometer
• Run and trip indicators for operational indication
• Standard 0-5 position pressure selector for preset setpoints
• Local or remote: Selector switch
